“As
Needed”, Per Call Service
Most
home users have issues that pop up unexpectedly. PC On-Site provides “as needed”
service on a per call basis for standard hourly fees. We understand that you probably have to go
to your own job and can’t take off and wait on a serviceman to come by
during the normal workday. You need
someone you can call who will come out and take care of you on your
schedule. We are available, by
appointment, most evenings and some Saturdays.

The hourly plans are designed for the home / home office
client. This type of client will
typically have only a few computers (4 or less), possibly on a peer-to-peer
network, but usually without a server.
Such a user will generally need basic system tune-ups and maintenance,
but only occasional service. With our
hourly plan, you can prepay for your anticipated service at a reduced rate,
and decide on how quickly your response time needs to be.
The PC On-Site Hourly plan allows you to purchase a
specific amount of hours, to be used over a set timeframe, with a specified
response time.
The first dynamic of the PC On-Site Hourly plan is the amount of
pre-paid service hours that are purchased. If you exceed
your pre-paid hours, there will be a discounted per hour charge for any
additional hours of service provided.

If you anticipate that you
will need more than 20 hours of service in the foreseeable future, perhaps
you should consider a
monthly service plan under
our Business Services.
The second dynamic of the PC On-Site Hourly plan is the response time
for an unscheduled service call. This
is valid for the length of the contract. This is in addition to the
service hours purchased.

For example, "I want 4 hours that I can use within the next 2 years,
and want a response time of the next business day." The cost for your plan would be $384. This is composed of $324 for the 4 hours of
service, which you may use any time within the next two years, plus $60 for
the response time of the next business day.

these plans are for labor only, parts and software are not covered.
