Standard Flat Fee Items

Certain services, which are generally performed off-site, but which may also include on-site time, are rendered on a flat fee basis. Please note that the minimum fee for any service provided is the equivalent of one-hour at the standard on-site rate (currently $80). Clients will be charged the greater of the flat fee amount or the minimum, but not both.

Diagnostics, beyond what is covered under the "New Client Free Evaluation".	$25
Simple installation of any hardware, plus associated drivers and software, that does not require any extensive configuration: CD or DVD drive, CPU, hard drive, network card, RAM, video card, etc.	$50
Data retrieval and restoration. (Storage media not included; USB key drive, external drive, DVD, etc.)	$50
On-site tutorial. Two-hour session length at one-half the standard hourly rate.	$80
System tune-up, cleaning, and optimization (contact us for list of major action items).	$150
System reload or new system set-up (contact us for list of major action items).	$250
PC On-Site may consider setting a flat fee for a specific job or body of work, or agreeing to a labor "cap", if appropriate given the nature of the project involved. This will be discussed on a case per case basis.
